What are your opening hours?

Aurum Astra is open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM, including Sundays and holidays.

Where is Aurum Astra in Hennur?

We are on the 3rd Floor of AM Plaza, Hennur–Bagalur Main Road, Hennur Bande, Bengaluru 560043. Parking is available at AM Plaza, with a lift straight up to us.

Is Aurum Astra a unisex salon?

Yes. We look after women and men with haircuts, hair colour and treatments, hair spa, facials, waxing, hands and feet, makeup, men’s grooming and beard styling, plus spa and massage therapies.

How do I book an appointment?

Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 91486 27266 and we will confirm your slot. You can also use the reservation form on this page, which opens WhatsApp with your details filled in.

Do you offer spa and massage services?

Yes. Our spa menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, Balinese and Ayurvedic massage, couple’s suites, wraps and a private jacuzzi. Spa therapies are for guests aged 18 and over, and our spa therapists are trained female professionals. Men are welcome too.

Do you offer bridal makeup and packages?

Yes. Bridal makeup and bridal packages are on our salon menu. Message us on WhatsApp with your date and we will help you plan.

How can I pay?

We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, and cash.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Please give us 3 to 4 hours’ notice and there is no fee. Our Refund Policy has the full details.
