Welcome to Aurum Astra Unisex Salon & Luxury Spa ("Aurum Astra," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Aurum Astra Pvt Ltd, having its registered office / place of business at 3rd & 4th Floor, AM Plaza, Hennur–Bagalur Main Road, Hennur Bande, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043, India.

By accessing our website, booking a service, or making a payment through our website or point-of-sale system, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.1 About Us

Aurum Astra is a unisex salon and luxury spa offering hair, skin, spa, nail, and bridal services at our Hennur, Bengaluru location.

1.2 Services and Bookings

Services can be booked online at aurumastra.in, by phone/WhatsApp at +91 91486 27266, or in person at our outlet.

Service availability, pricing, and duration are as displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a service booking due to stylist/therapist unavailability, health and safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

1.3 Payments

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported through our Razorpay-powered payment gateway and in-store POS system, as well as cash where accepted.

All online transactions are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking credentials on our servers.

Payment confirmation will be sent to the email/phone number provided at the time of booking or purchase.

1.4 Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time without charge.

Cancellations made after this window, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee of ₹199 or more, at our discretion.

1.5 Gift Cards, Packages and Memberships

Prepaid packages, gift cards, and memberships, where offered, are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time of purchase, including validity period and non-transferability, unless otherwise stated.

Amounts paid for packages/memberships are non-refundable except as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, unless required by law.

1.6 Conduct and Health Disclosures

Clients are requested to disclose any allergies, skin/scalp conditions, pregnancy, or medical conditions relevant to the service being availed. Aurum Astra is not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual behaving in a manner that is abusive, unsafe, or disruptive to staff or other clients.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Aurum Astra name, logo, "The Dawn of Stellar Luxury" tagline, images, and service menus — is the property of Aurum Astra Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aurum Astra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
